All report screenshots must contain the Full Chat Window so the whole conversation can be read as well as visible Date and Time for us to see when the screenshot was taken. Example: Screen(09_12-13_42)-0000.jpg: Screenshot Saved [MonsterMu]

All messages inside the full chat window must be translated into english if they contain a non-english language.
All screenshots must be original, we will not accept modified photos.

 

How do I take a photo?

• Press the F4 key until you see the entire conversation, a Full Chat Window is required.

• Press the System chat button before taking a screenshot, visible Date and Time are required.

• Press the Prt Sc (print screen) button on your keyboard to take a screenshot.

• You will need to take more than one photo if the full conversation does not fit on the screen.

• All messages inside the full chat window must be translated into english if they contain a non-english language.

• Use the original ingame photos located in the the installation folder C:\{YOUR FOLDER}\Photo

• Upload them to http://imgur.com or http://tinypic.com

• We will not accept modified photos.

 

How do I make a video?

• Cheats like speed hacking or other accelerators must be reported by videos and you may use any free recording softwares such as Fraps.

• In case you never worked with fraps before can follow this fraps video guide to get started or download any recording software.

• Our recommendation: https://obsproject.com/ is a free and open source software for video recording and live streaming.

• Upload the video on http://youtube.com and link it to us.
